Church leaders in Wake County welcomed being able to hold drive-in worship services Sunday, three days after county officials relaxed social restrictions and allowed the services.

It was one small step toward normalcy as reported cases of COVID-19 in North Carolina jumped over the weekend and the number of deaths continued to climb.
