Friday and the end of the week. I’m keeping it short today because if I do the weekend will get here faster. Or so I’m told.
After Wednesday’s debate between Vice President Pence and Biden sidekick Kamala Harris, the media lit up with ridiculous charges that Mike Pence spent his time “mansplaining.” According to MEA WorldWide, “Mansplaining, a pejorative term, means to explain something to a woman in a condescending, overconfident or oversimplified manner.”
Without giving any examples, such noted experts as Dan Rather, S.E. Cupp, and George Stephanopoulos all clutched their skirts in horror.
As many others have observed, we’ve been told for decades now that women just want to be equal with men. And now that they share the debate stage with men, they go all weepy when they experience the assertive pushback that some men give. So which is it?
While you figure that out, I’m just going to say that I didn’t hear Mike Pence “mansplaining” once. But I heard Kamala do it. Remember the definition: “explain something to a woman in a condescending, overconfident or oversimplified manner.”
“Just so everyone is clear, when we say “in debt,” it means you owe money to somebody.”
What do you call that—condescending and oversimplified? Maybe overconfident? Good thing Captain Obvious cleared that up for “everyone.”
All the Left knows how to do is hurl insults and make up new grievances they can pretend to be offended over. For that reason alone they deserve to lose.

A Personal Note
I write five days a week on personal time because it’s one way I can contribute to strengthening the resolve of Christians, conservatives and other like-minded compatriots in the face of unprecedented division in our country. I would like to eventually do more. If you like what you’re reading and think others would benefit from it, please consider regularly sharing and commenting on my posts. Also invite your friends to subscribe. They can do that right on the home page. Thanks for reading! — Dave
Standards only apply to one party Dave. You should know that by now.
As I’ve often said, if Democrats didn’t have double standards, they’d have no standards at all. Sometimes it just needs to be called out.
