Daily Broadside | The Top Cybersecurity Expert in the U.S. Believes the Election Was Rigged

Mondays come around with amazing frequency, sort of like a horse on a merry-go-round which moves according to the equations r = 9 ft , θ=(0.7t)rad, and z=(1.5sinθ)ft, where t is in seconds. Don’t ask me how to solve for Mondays, though.

If you don’t know the name Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, you should. He is a cybersecurity expert who has worked with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and U.S. military counterintelligence. According to his profile at the Official Cyber Security Summit (with my emphasis):

Dr. Keshavarz-Nia is a vice president and senior director in INFOSEC with 30 years of experience in national security spanning leadership and program execution supporting the civilian, Defense, US Intelligence Agency (USIA), and commercial banking organizations. His background extends in cyber security engineering, technical counterintelligence and incident response management. He is an innovator and has implemented next generation security solutions across the IC, defense, and civilian clients. He has engineered technical solutions and managed large development teams involving security risk assessment, insider threat, incident response, and threat hunting exercises to identify advanced persistent threats. He is an experienced ethical hacker, big data architect and cloud security expert in cloud computing, Blockchain technology, and big data analytic solutions. He has led or supported the CIA, NSA, DHS US-CERT, USCYBERCOM and the FBI.

The New York Times recently wrote of Dr. Keshavarz-Nia,

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, “was always the smartest person in the room.” In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots.

In other words, this guy is no slouch when it comes to cybersecurity. In fact, he is probably the most knowledgeable cybersecurity expert in the country. The reason this is important is that attorney Sidney Powell included a sworn affidavit from Dr. Keshavarz-Nia in her lawsuits filed against state election officials in Michigan and Georgia contesting the presidential election results.

In his sworn affidavit, which you can read in full here, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia testifies to the following:

The USIC [United States Intelligence Community] has developed the Hammer and Scorecard tools which were released by Wiki Leaks and independently confirmed by Lt. Gen Thomas McInerney (USAF, retired), Kirk Wiebe, former NSA official and Dennis Montgomery, former CIA analyst). The Hammer and Scorecard capabilities are tradecrafts used by US intelligence analysts to conduct MITM [Man-in-the-Middle] attacks on foreign voting systems, including the Dominion Voting System (DVS) Democracy Suite and Systems and Software (ES&S) voting machines without leaving an electronic fingerprint. As such, these tools are used by nefarious operators to influence voting systems by covertly accessing DVS and altering the results in real-time and without leaving an electronic fingerprint. The DVS Democracy Suite Election management System (EMS) consists of a set of applications that perform pre-voting and post-voting activities

He himself has verified the vulnerabilities of the electronic voting systems we use in our elections:

I have performed forensic analysis of electronic voting systems, including the DVS Democracy Suite, ES&S (acquired by DVS), Scytl/SOE Software, and the Smartmatic systems used in hundreds of precincts in key battleground states. I have previously discovered major exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS and ES&S that permit a nefarious operator to perform sensitive functions via its built-in covert backdoor. The backdoor enables an operator to access to perform system updates and testing via the Internet without detection. However, it can also be used to conduct illicit activities such as shifting votes, deleting votes, or adding votes in real-time […]. These events can take place through the Internet and without leaving a trace.

His analysis of this election concluded that:

A Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) cyber attack was carried out by covert operators using sophisticated tools, such as Hammer and Scorecard. The MITM attack occurred in two ways. Initially, remote operatives used USB memory cards containing cryptographic keys and access system backdoors to alter votes in battleground states. Subsequently, the results were forwarded to Scytl/SOE Software servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (previously, Barcelona, Spain). The MITM attack was structured to ensure sufficient data alteration had occurred prior to forwarding the tallied results to the Scytl/eClarity Software Electronic Night Reporting (ENR) system. The reason election data are forwarded overseas is to avoid detection and monitoring by the USIC to obfuscate the MITM.

In this article, the author summarizes Keshavarz-Nia’s findings:

  1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.
  2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.
  3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden’s favor.
  4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.
  5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.
  6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.
  7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots.  They demonstrated manipulation.  For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.
  8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.
  9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.
  10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.

Dr. Keshavarz-Nia signed his affidavit after declaring:

I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden. These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS, Scytl/SOE Software and Smartmatic systems that enabled operators to achieve the desired results. In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.

I’m so tired of the media, the Democrats, the socialists, the RINOs and all the Trump-haters claiming that there’s “no evidence” of election fraud. I’d take Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia’s word over any of theirs any day of the week. Even on a Monday.
