It’s Wednesday and mid-week at the top of the bell curve. If we grade the week on the curve, maybe we could drop Monday and Friday so everybody would have a better week. Right?
It’s about time we got the news that dropped last night.
The Russia! collusion hoax wasn’t just a fabrication. “Hoax” was the word used to hide what was tantamount to a coup d’état, the first in American history.
The lie that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election was meant to delegitimize, harass and neutralize the Trump administration as they took leadership of the country that elected them. Now we know that the plan was cooked up by the dirty Clinton campaign and that one Barack Hussein Obama knew about it.
The president’s tweets come after Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s purported “plan” to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server” ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
Clinton should be locked up, as should Brennan, Comey, Obama, Mueller, Biden. All of them are proven anti-American actors who used their accumulated power and the power of the government to destroy innocent people like Carter Page, Michael Flynn and Trump himself.

According to Ratcliffe’s letter, the intelligence included the “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016, of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.”
“One of her foreign policy advisors.” Who was that? Her senior foreign policy advisors included former CIA Director and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, former National Security Advisor Tom Donilon, Center for a New American Security CEO Michèle Flournoy, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and Jake Sullivan, who worked with Clinton in the State Department and on Clinton’s 2008 campaign as a deputy policy director.
A report from Sean Davis at The Federalist says that CIA Director Gina Haspel is blocking the documents in the hopes that Trump loses re-election.
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the declassification and release of key Russiagate documents in the hopes that President Donald Trump will lose his re-election bid, multiple senior U.S. officials told The Federalist. The officials said Haspel, who served under former CIA Director John Brennan as the spy agency’s station chief in London in 2016 and 2017, is concerned that the declassification and release of documents detailing what the CIA was doing during the 2016 election and the 2017 transition could embarrass the CIA and potentially even implicate Haspel herself.
If that’s true, Trump should fire her immediately and appoint a loyalist.

While the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory was exposed as a hoax, a different sort of collusion was real. Sometimes wittingly, but often just witlessly, hundreds of figures in the media, politics, federal law enforcement, and federal intelligence promoted and amplified the conspiracy theories created by the Steele dossier and other sources.

Russia-gate is probably one of the worst scandals—and, perhaps, crimes—in all of American political history. CRC is doing us a service by keeping the records organized and accessible.
I don’t know how president Trump did it, but he managed to keep his cool, fight off a weaponized government consisting of a “deep state” that had as much or more power than he did, and produce a list of amazing results in pursuit of his promise to Make America Great Again. And he did it all as a political novice.
Don’t expect the Left to finally admit that they were wrong, however. They have the Light Bringer and their “Orange Man Bad” narrative to protect.
