Thursday and only 14 shopping days until Christmas. That’s less than the number of states challenging the election day integrity of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin votes.
Yesterday I wrote about the lawsuit Texas brought to the Supreme Court on Tuesday, and how eight other states joined the suit. That number is now at 18. From The Epoch Times (my new go-to news source, along with Newsmax and One America News Network):
The states supporting the Texas suit, all of which have Republican attorneys general, are Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
Arizona has also asked to file a “friend of the court” brief, making it 19 states in all that are asking the Supreme Court to intervene. All but three of the states joining the filing have Republican governors. Even president Trump tweeted, “This is the big one,” and his campaign has asked the court to allow it to join the case as a plaintiff. Ideally, I’d like to see a state with a Democrat AG join the suit, which would dilute criticism that this is a partisan witch hunt. But that won’t happen.
Two other stories worth mentioning. First is that Rep. Eric Swalwell’s (D-CA) relationship with suspected Chinese spy Christine Fang, aka Fang Fang. She apparently raised funds for his 2014 reelection and helped place an intern in his office.
In the extensive story published on Tuesday, Axios said, “U.S. counterintelligence officials said they believe Fang acted at the direction of China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS), the country’s main civilian spy agency.” Swalwell sits on the House Intelligence Committee, although he is not suspected of having been compromised.
Recall that Swalwell smeared president Trump for months with the Russia! Russia! Russia! accusations, even after the Mueller probe determined there wasn’t anything to it. It wasn’t Trump and Russia … it was Swalwell and China.
The other story is about Nancy Pelosi, the ancient politician whose time is not only up, but long past due. When asked about whether blocking the Coronavirus relief bill was a “mistake,” this is what she said.
It was a “decision” moron! It was, she admits, a partisan political hack job that put her agenda above the needs of the American people, the very people that her Democrat party have thrown out of work and whose businesses they have killed. Rep. Dan Crenshaw brings the hammer to destroy her immoral actions (courtesy of Rumble, the new better video platform. Abandon YouTube, please!):
Here’s my wrap: the Democrats are a garbage party. I’ve just given you three examples. The Democrats and their enablers in the media have poisoned our national elections, have slept with the enemy while accusing Republicans of doing so, and put their evil agenda ahead of the suffering of normal Americans.
There aren’t words strong enough to describe how much I detest their party politics. Everything they touch, they ruin. They are the Wreck-It-Ralphs of our political class.
When our less-than-friendly political conflict in the U.S. goes hot and conservatives overthrow the progressive regime, they should start the recovery by permanently banning Democrats from politics, just like the Germans banned the Nazi party after World War II.
#BanTheDemocrats. Sorry not sorry.
I love your writing, Dave! I’m spreading the word for all the great work you’re doing. Merry Christmas!
Thanks, Don! Merry Christmas to you too!
